Rain, Rain Go Away...

OMG is it REALLY raining in perenially sunny QLD I hear you say? Well its true! Its raining and has been on/off for the past day .. from all weather forecast reports we're to expect droplets from the heavens for the next week *aarrgghhh*

Whats a girl to do?? LOL

Work-wise things are going along nicely .. we've lost 2 trainees due to reasons of some form or another but Im still there and thats what counts right? Its coming up Week 5 which means .. drumroll please .. only 2 weeks til final exams!! I dont want to freak myself out because thats just going to psych me up and thats not good!! Kind of reminiscent of what is heretofore referred to as 'The Red Bull Incident' .. it doesnt take much thought to figure out what happened there!! :)

Kaleb has been doing SO WELL lately and Im pleased and proud as punch to report that his vocabulary has increased enormously since his last checkup almost 3mths ago with the ECHN. My favourites are 'outside' 'dog-dog' 'stop it' 'more milk' 'uh-oh' and 'NO!' LOL My little boy is coming along in leaps and bounds!

Its more than completely amazing to think back to almost 2years ago when he was still safe in my womb, not a care in the world .. now he's still safe but in mummys arms, and more than a passing concern for keeping dirt and food off his palms and fingers LOL
